I am a retired lawyer and former law school professor residing in Oaks North Marbella. I have served as President of the Marbella Board of Directors and as a member of the Rancho Bernardo Community Council. I belong to the Oaks North Men's Golf Clubs (Tuesday and Thursday Groups). As a hobby, I publish the Marbella Spectator for my neighbors and the 19th Hole for my fellow golfers.

The Nominating Committee - Where Art Thou?

2004 Amended and Restated Bylaws

9.3 Nominating Committee. The Board shall appoint a Nominating Committee at least four months prior to each annual meeting of the Members. The Nominating Committee shall consist of three Association Members, one of whom may be a Board Member who is not seeking re-election. The Nominating Committee shall make as many nominations for election to the Board as it shall in its discretion determine, but it shall strive to make not fewer than the number of vacancies that are to be filled.
