COMMITTEE REPORTS:

A. Maintenance … Karen Wiley

· Punch List – A new list was presented. Most of the items from the last list have been taken care of.

· Status of Entry Plants – New plants installed the week of 7/23 at a cost of $60. Looks good.

· Irrigation Problems on Greenbelt – Discovered two clocks had no power for 5 days. Had a problem at the electrical box. Our electrician came out and made repairs. The bill should be around $150. Also, a quick coupler was broken and cost $175 to repair by US Lawns. Discussion on irrigation coverage. US Lawns has found a new nozzle from Hunter heads that Hunter is giving away for free. This should provide better coverage. They will change out the nozzles in some of the worse areas to see how they work. US Lawns will also aerate the brown areas in the greenbelt at no cost to the Association.

· Ms. Wiley asked for a bid from US Lawns for battery operated controllers in two areas to reduce the number of irrigation heads on each station and get better coverage.

· Ms. Wiley met with the Villas last week and they are stating that we are responsible for more property than Ms. Wiley had previously understood. She will follow up with US Lawns and review the maps to confirm the property that we own.

· Money for Removal of Italian Cypress in Common Area – We received the $375 from the escrow account that the owners paid in order to have the Italian Cypress trees removed that they had originally installed in the Common Area.

· Ms. Wiley will talk to JRS Trees about tree trimming work needed in 2008.

· Status of Entry Lighting – Jay Risenberg fixed a circuit breaker that stuck.
