Solar heating is still under consideration for the pool, spa and hot water heater for the shower rooms.

Mr. Felt then discussed the Funded Reserve for Replacements and reported that the new Reserve Study was in the process of being completed, and at the present time the Reserve Fund is approximately 61% funded, and, in light of this, a special assessment for Reserves might be necessary in order to meet State Legislature mandated reserve fund requirements.
