COMMITTEE REPORTS:

A. Maintenance … Karen Wiley

· Punch List – A new list was presented and reviewed. Most items from the last list have been completed. Entry plants were installed the first week in October and looked a little dull. Additional color was added.

· Irrigation Problems on Greenbelt – US Lawns has cut back on water times. They were directed to add a sprinkler to one area to provide better coverage.

· Walk Through with Board – Ms. Wiley, Marilyn Tipler, Jim Coote and Maurice Nahum walked the greenbelt two weeks ago and took photos of the problem areas. Due to possible water shortages in the future, we may need to reduce our water use on the greenbelt. The Board may need to consider changing out some landscaping, in accordance with the conditions in the Bylaws, to reduce water use. Discussion. We will include something in the newsletter and discuss this further at the Annual Meeting.

· There is a Palm tree on the Villas property that needed to be trimmed. The Villas have agreed to remove that tree next year.

· Status of Tree Work Approved Last Month – The work was done on 9/27 for $550.

· Status of Entry Lighting – All working. A lock has been placed on the timer box. Also, repaired and painted one of the electrical boxes.
